Carrie Ann (Grubb) Holte, 59, died in Pueblo, Colorado. Carrie was born on Feb. 8, 1962, in Anaheim, Calif., to parents Albert and Emily (Burke) Grubb, Sr. She grew up in California. After high school, Carrie worked in the finance department at car dealerships and she lived in Branson, Mo., and worked in the tourism industry. She loved the Branson area and Table Rock Lake. In 2010, she married David Riddick. Carrie worked in the dental office with David in Berryville, Ark., Kentucky and Little Rock, Arkansas. Carrie was very good at training people to work in the front office at the dental office. The couple moved to Mondamin. Carrie then went to work at the Creighton Dental College in Omaha, Nebraska. A few months ago the couple started traveling in their motor home.

Carrie was preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer Gallegos. She is survived by her husband, David Riddick; son, Adam Holte and his wife Kate of Indianapolis, Ind.; daughter, Patricia Flanagan Holte of Bryan, Texas; grandson Albert Holte; step-children, Jeremiah Riddick of Arkansas, Austin Riddick of Tyler, Texas, Jennifer and her husband Timothy Flower of Idaho and Westin Riddick and his wife Kendrick of Tyler, Texas; father, Albert “Bert” Grubb, Sr. and his wife Mary of Pisgah; mother, Emily Grubb of Los Lunas, N.M.; brother, Albert Grubb, Jr. of Los Lunas, N.M.; and other friends and relatives.

Carries wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held at this time.

Fouts Funeral Home of Woodbine is assisting the family with Carrie’s wishes.
