O/t will be calculated in accordance with state law moving forward. Put damaged meter pit enforce ordinance in Newsletter 1st M Carson 2nd K Wilson Yes – 4-0 - Quarterly Newsletter topics – Create an email list for the City and surrounding residences to receive Newsletters and include fundraiser / donation events. - Part-time and fill-in labor – G Willey, very good on-call applicant and he will be added to the October Agenda for an interview. - Dave’s Café remembrance event – T Noah will block off Alley / use of City Park picnic tables Clerk Report: H Nejedly in training Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah got resolution on damaged drainage pipe incident and contractor Pruitt completed all the engineers’ remedies / requirements. T Noah will use grants to build a pavilion in Clark Park with engraved “Thank You SWI” on the picnic table and M Carson will donate a grill. D Hutchinson also donated $500 toward the project. Fire Department: Show appreciation and respect for our First Responder Volunteers for their prompt / professional service during emergency calls. Fund Raiser scheduled for Saturday Sept 24th from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at City Park.
