MV’s Koyle signs with College of St. Marys
Missouri Valley’s Devon Koyle took her shot and made it official on Monday afternoon (Dec. 2, 2024).
Koyle signed her letter of intent to continue to play college soccer at the College of St. Mary’s (Omaha, Neb.).
Koyle holds numerous single match and single season school records, and is looking forward to breaking some more, while adding to her career school records.
She helped lead the Lady Reds to a 7-6 record last spring (2024), the most single season wins in school history. MV set eight team school records, single season records, and added to five career records. She currently holds single season records for assists (13), and career assists (24).
Koyle becomes the fourth Lady Reds to play soccer at the college level in the last two years, including Bailey Koyle (2023 MVHS grad, Northwest Iowa CC, Sheldon ); Sophie Caniglia (2024 MVHS grad, Central, Pella); CC Hutchinson (2024 MVHS grad, Northwest Iowa CC, Sheldon), and Devon Koyle (2025 MVHS grad, College of St. Marys, Omaha, Neb.).
Last spring, she finished the season with 16 goals, while earning 2023 and 2024 WIC first team all-conference honors.
