Dale P. Davis, age 58, of Mondamin, passed away Jan. 6, 2021, at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Neb. Dale was born Sept. 19, 1962, in Warsaw, N.Y., to John and Erna (Fuller) Davis. He graduated from Fillmore, N.Y. Central High School in 1980 and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Houghton College in 1984. Dale married Annette Robb on Aug. 24, 1985, in Alden, N.Y. The Davis family moved to Iowa in 2002 from California, Pa. Dale was the current book store manager for the University of Nebraska-Omaha and the Nebraska Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Annette Davis of Mondamin; children, Paul (Jamie) Davis of Omaha, Philip Davis of Walnut, Peter (Amanda) Davis of Holly Springs, N.C., Annemarie (Matthew) Brown of Omaha, Ashley Davis, Patrick Davis, Preston Davis all of Mondamin; grandchildren, Paisley Brown, Baby Davis arriving in May 2021, Baby Brown arriving in August 2021; parents, John and Erna Davis of Rushford, N.Y.; siblings, Dexter Davis of Martin, Tenn., Doug (Daphyne) Davis of Lititz, Pa., Dean (Diana) Davis of Medical Lake, Wash., Kate Kleckner of Perrysburg, Ohio, Dustin (Sara) Davis of Chesapeake, Va.; many nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family was Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, at Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Funeral service was Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, at the funeral home. Interment was at the Walnut Hill Cemetery. The family will direct memorials. Arrangements were made by Cutler-O’neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel.
