Harrison County Board of Supervisors Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Harrison County Board of Supervisors will hold its 2nd reading of Ordinance 2021-1 Permitting the Operation of Off-Road Utility Vehicles, TITLE IV STREETS, ROADS and PUBLIC WAYS, Chapter 5 TRAFFIC CODE on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rd floor Courtroom, Courthouse, Logan, Iowa. Copies of said ordinance are available for public inspection at the Auditor’s office. The purpose of this ordinance is to permit the operation of off-road utility vehicles in the unincorporated areas of the County. Oral comments will be heard at the time of the hearing or written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing to: Harrison County Board of Supervisors, 111 N 2nd Ave, Logan, IA 51546.
