Lucy Ann Kinney, age 78, passed away Aug. 5, 2024. She was born Oct. 28, 1945, to the late Joseph and Margarett (Lett) Osborn in Council Bluffs.
Lucy is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Eric) Olson; grandchildren, Shelby (Timothy) Dragt, Abigail Olson (Colton Cook), Arron Olson (Melissa Boggs), Nicole Olson (Brenner Sullivan); Great-grandson, Oliver Dragt; sisters, Cindy and Allen McGranahan, Susan and Thomas Short, Mary and Randy Frisbie; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024, at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral Service was on Monday, Aug. 12, 2024. Final resting place at Hazel Dell Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
