Mondamin’s Philip Davis is preparing to take the reins

Oliver helps incoming emergency coordinator prepare for the job of preparing for the worst

Long time Emergency Management Coordinator Larry Oliver is passing the torch to a former Harrison County dispatcher, Philip Davis.

After moving from Buffalo, N.Y. to Pittsburgh and California to Mondamin, Philip Davis has remained local.

Philip worked as a Harrison County emergency dispatcher for five years before transferring to Cass County, where he dispatched for another five years.

Then he saw that Harrison County was searching for a new Emergency Management Coordinator, a position held by his previous supervisor, Larry Oliver, for 15 years.
