NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Directors of the Logan-Magnolia Community School District will hold a public hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost of the Classroom Addition project located in Logan, Iowa pursuant to Iowa Code § 26.12. The public hearing shall be held at the District’s board meeting on October 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Media Center located at 1200 North Second Avenue, Logan, IA 51546. The proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost may be examined prior to the meeting at the District’s administrative offices located at 1200 North Second Avenue, Logan, IA 51546. At the time and place set for the public hearing, interested individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing. After the public hearing, the Board may act to approve the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated total cost of the Elementary Classroom Addition project or may defer action to a later date.
