Patricia Aileene Pruett, age 78, of Blair, Neb., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, Neb. Patricia was born on Mar. 9, 1942, to Alvin and Gertrude (Eidsvold) Fritz in Spencer. Patricia married Mart Pruett on Apr. 16, 1958, who passed in 2013. Pat loved people, she had unconditional love. She found the good in everybody. She loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed her morning phone calls from her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her home cooked meals were the best. She loved spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren she LOVED them all: “Big as The Sky”. Pat enjoyed going to church seeing her church friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Mart Pruett, son Duane Pruett, great-grandson Drayson Bredburg, brothers Harold, Robert, Bill, sisters Barb and Marion.
Survivors include her children Juanita and Charles Ware, Patricia and Philip Jensen, Mart Pruett, Daniel and Julee Pruett, James and Kim Pruett, Steven Pruett, brother Mike, sister Corrine, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. The graveside service was on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, at the Crescent Cemetery in Crescent. Pastor Roger Wagner and Pastor Phil Alley officiated the service. The music selection was “Amazing Grace”. The Honorary Bearers were Mart Pruett Jr., Danny Pruett, Josh Wallis, Jay Jensen, Darren Ware, Landon Pruett, and Duane Pruett. The Casket Bearers were Charles Ware, Philip Jensen, Mart Pruett, Dan Pruett, Jim Pruett, and Steve Pruett.
