Pisgah City Council Meeting October Meeting October 07, 2020 Mayor Ron Woodward called The City of Pisgah Council meeting to order at 6:05 pm on October 7, 2020. Location was Pisgah Fire Hall. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Present Mayor: Ronny Woodward, Council members: Scott Baumfalk, Lori McWilliam, Mike Carson, Meredith Jenson, Karen Wilson Present Staff members: Todd Noah Maintenance, Christina Clark City Clerk Present. Visitors: Zach Cavailer, Clint Fichter. L. McWilliams approved October 7, 2020 agenda as presented 2nd by M. Carson Ayes: All, Nays: None Motion Carried. M. Jenson motioned to Approve Minutes & Bills 2nd by. S. Baumfalk. K. Wilson Absent Ayes: All, Nays: None Motion Carried. Financial Report- Tabled M. Carson motioned to accept Bid for $4500.00 on the property at 301 1st St 2nd with the stipulation that comes to next meeting to finalize plans S. Baumfalk Ayes: All, Nays: None Motion Carried. M. Jenson motioned to move forward with accepting DNR ordinance for Fema Flood Plain map 2nd by K. Wilson Ayes: All, Nays: None Motion Carried. S.
