PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Harrison County Plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit General Permit No. 2 “Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities”. The storm water discharge will be from construction of a grading project on Paris Trail from F20L (Easton Trail) to 155th Street. 12 acres lying in all 1/4 sections of 5-T80N-R42W and SW 1/4 of section 32-T81N-R42W of Harrison County Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from one construction point source (the roadway) and will be discharged to Road ditches; to an unnamed tributary; then to Willow Creek; and to Boyer River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, 502 E 9th St, Des Moines IA 50319.
