Ruth A. Busing, 98 of Missouri Valley died on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, at the Longview Nursing Home.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15 at the Missouri Valley United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 16 at the Missouri Valley United Methodist Church.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Lester, Lawrence and Glen Day She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Bud Busing of Missouri Valley; children, Bruce Busing and his wife Deb of Logan and Christine and her husband Kirk Petersen of Harlan; grandchildren, Jennifer (Alex) Conrad of Logan, Michael (Mariah) Busing of Missouri Valley, Sara (Mitch) Probst of Logan, Matthew (Carrie) Busing of Logan, Mitchel (Kate) Petersen of Harlan and Amanda (Brandon) Kew of Omaha, Neb.; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
