Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Pro Tem Vandemark called the meeting to order with the following members present: VANDEMARK via phone, GAU, MANN via phone & BANTAM. Lenning & Mayor Cogdill were absent. Motion Gau/Bantam to approve the agenda. Ayes: 4, Motion carried. Motion Gau/Mann to approve the Fire Dept. purchasing a UTV with Fire Association funds Ayes: 4 Motion carried.
