The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Engineer’s building at 301 N. 6th Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Charles Olsen Trust as follows: a rezoning of 2.74 acres from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in East part of the NE ¼ SW ¼ of section 19, township 79 north and range 43 west. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 10:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
