The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Shane McCool. The amendment is to rezone approximately 1.3 acres from A-1 to B-1 Business. The property is located in part of the NE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 26, Township 78 N and Range 41 W. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 9:30 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
