WEST HARRISON COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION MONTHLY MEETING – 6:00PM March 29, 2023 LIBRARY – MONDAMIN, IA The West Harrison Community School District Board of Education met in regular session with the following present: Randy Wohlers, Julie Kuhlman, Hillary Stevenson, and Lorraine Peterson Directors. Mr. Marty Fonley, Superintendent, Tonya Radil, Board Secretary/Treasurer Visitors. David Kuhlman Called to Order. The meeting was called to order in the library at 6:00 p.m. by President Wohlers. Roll Call. Consideration of Wage and Salary Contracts. Motion was made by Director Kuhlman and second by Director Peterson to approve the FY 23-24 contracts. Discussion. Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, Nunez aye, and Peterson aye 3-0. Director Stevenson abstained. Motion carried. Human Resources. A motion was made by Director Stevenson and seconded by Director Kuhlman to accept the hiring of Delaney Mentzer (SPED) and the hiring of Samantha Beiler (Social Studies). Discussion.
