WEST HARRISON COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION MONTHLY MEETING – 6:30PM APRIL 12, 2023 LIBRARY – MONDAMIN, IA The West Harrison Community School District Board of Education met in special session with the following present: Randy Wohlers, Julie Kuhlman, Hillary Stevenson, Kim Nunez and Lorraine Peterson Directors. Mr. Marty Fonley, Superintendent, Mrs. Jackie Fonley, Principal, Tonya Radil, Board Secretary/Treasurer Called to Order. The meeting was called to order in the library at 6:00 p.m. by President Wohlers. Roll Call. I move that we go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Stevenson to approve the tentative settlement agreement between the District and Hans Andersen. No Discussion.
