Mayor Woodward voiced his concerns and expectations to J Parks and R Erwin about completing the repairs and improvements. City Attorney C Fichter recommended that J Parks and R Erwin will need to sign a Compliance Agreement and fulfill “all of the requirements listed” within 90 days. After that time, they may or may not be deeded the property. New Business: - Public Hearing for Max Levy – Mayor Woodward opened the Public Hearing at 7:10 p.m. 1st S Baumfalk 2nd K Wilson, Mayor Woodward made a roll call vote; Yes 4-0 hearing closed at 7:20 p.m. - Building Permit - lowering fence T Anderson – He presented the council members his plan of modifying his fence and future home remodel. He will also be removing the school bus from the property. 1st M Carson 2nd S Baumfalk Yes 4-0 - Building Permit - Install shed F Mitsch – 1st L McWilliams 2nd M Carson Yes 4-0 - Building Permit – Buildings Polk St T Noah – 1st K Wilson 2nd M Carson Yes 4-0 - Liquor License - Dave’s Old Home Café – 1st K Wilson 2nd L McWilliams Yes – 4-0 Clerk Report: All good. Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah – Mandatory and Nationwide the EPA is requiring all Cities preform a Lead Inventory Survey and turn the Reports into the DNR. This will be a time-consuming effort. Ordered more rock. City Attorney C Fichter asked if our meetings could be moved to the 3rd Thursday of the month to work better with his schedule and all agreed. He also requested we scan and email him the Revised SFR File. Fire Department: T Noah – Everything is good with the Fire Dept. Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to be scheduled for April.
