In December 2020 City Council heard a recommendation from Bob Reisland, Street Department Supervisor, to replace holiday street decorations.
City funding is limited with several major project planned for the near future, so the Missouri Valley Chamber of Commerce offered to possibly assist with the downtown decorations.
