Dow City’s Timothy Craig Mitchell sentenced to 10-Years in prison
Timothy Craig Mitchell of Dow City was sentenced on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025 in Crawford County District Court.
He was convicted on three counts of third-degree sexual abuse for assaults that happened between November 2022 and January 2023 while working at Cheers in Dow City.
Mitchell received a sentence of 10 years in prison for all three counts. The court ruled the sentences will run concurrent making the total time behind bars 10 years including time already served.
He had been found not guilty on two other counts tied to separate alleged incidents.
