Financial Literacy Education event planned in Woodbine
A live event will happen at Woodbine High School on April 16, blending a live concert and learning financial experiences.
Featuring American artist Carter Hulsey, “Funding the Future’s” program transforms school auditoriums into high-energy experiences where students learn budgeting, credit, and money management through music, storytelling, and engaging visuals.
Students come for the concert—but leave with practical tools to make smarter financial decisions. Part of the Spring 2026 tour, the program blends live performance with real-world lessons on saving, avoiding debt, and planning for the future. It’s made possible through support from the Iowa Department of Insurance and Financial Services.
