Former Cyclone, current author visits LoMa schools
Well known author Coach Sloth visited Logan-Magnolia schools to share his stories with students, along with other various activities.

Coach Sloth was a starting cornerback for the Iowa State Cyclones in 2000. He also spent 10 years both playing and coaching arena football with various teams. He has been cast as a football player in the films "We Are Marshall," "Leatherheads," "Touchback," "Amazing Spiderman" and "The Dark Knight Rises." Coach Sloth now lives in Huxley, Iowa, and travels to schools to share his story and the stories he has written.

In addition to the large assembly held for Logan-Magnolia Elementary School, a select number of students had the opportunity to eat lunch with Coach Sloth after competing and winning a school writing competition.
