Gale W. Jensen, 65

Gale Wayne Jensen, 65, died at his home outside of Pisgah on March 30, 2025. He was born on Nov. 23,1959, in Council Bluffs, to Wayne and Norma (Coyle) Jensen. He grew up in Pisgah and attended school in Pisgah and Mondamin. After graduation in 1978, Gale worked for local farmers and then drove truck. He later started working at United Western Co-op, now Heartland Co-op, where he worked until his retirement in 2022. Gale was married to Pamela Sievers, and they were blessed with two children, Gary and Karen.

Gale enjoyed hunting and trapping. He also liked older farm machinery and restored a Case tractor. Gale enjoyed being at home on the farm and the company of animals, especially his cats, dogs and horses.

Gale was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Gene; and special friend, Teresa Holman. He is survived by his children, Gary Jensen and his fiancé Riley Brockman of Pisgah and Karen Jensen and her fiancé Justin Jensen of Remsen; grandsons, Weston and Boone; brother, Mark Jensen and his wife Barb of Pisgah; niece and nephew, Angela and her husband Brandon Gates and Michael Jensen and his wife Emily; and many other relatives and friends.

A visitation was held at Fouts Funeral Home on Thursday, April 10, 2025 followed by a graveside committal service at Soldier Valley Cemetery in Pisgah conducted by Terry McHugh.
