HARTER, DECEASED. To all persons interested in the estate of Howard L. Harter, Deceased, who died on or about November 23, 2023: You are hereby notified that on December 14, 2023, the last will and testament of Howard L. Harter, deceased, bearing the date of January 28, 2020 was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Kristine L. Earlywine was appointed Executor of the estate of Howard L. Harter.
