NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION FROM TAX SALE TO: JANE ELLEN MINNING, WILLIAM JAMES GLENNIE, JR., JOAN EVEYLYN CAPURRO, CARROLYN JEAN DOAN, JOHN EVERETT GLENNIE, HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES You, and each of you, are notified that on the 12th day of May, 2022, the following described property, situated in Harrison County, Iowa, to-wit: South Half of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block Eighteen (18), in the Town of Magnolia, Harrison County, Iowa, Also a part of the streets adjacent to the above lots described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Lot 7 in Block 18, thence South 10 feet, thence South 60 feet, thence west 120 feet to the last place of beginning. was sold by the County Treasurer of Harrison County, Iowa, for the then delinquent real estate taxes against said property to Harrison County and a Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale, Certificate No. 2019-258, was duly issued to Harrison County by the County Treasurer of Harrison County, Iowa, pursuant to said sale, which Certificate was assigned to Dayne Brittain and Charline M. Moorman and is now lawfully held and owned by him and that the right of redemption will expire and a Deed for said property will be executed and delivered unless redemption from said sale is made within ninety (90) days from the completed service of this Notice.
