NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON URBAN REVITALIZATION PLAN APPLICATION FOR 204 E ERIE ST, CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY, MISSOURI VALLEY PUBLIC LIBRARY, MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on the Urban Revitalization Application for 204 E Erie St, City of Missouri Valley, Iowa on the 21st day of February, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Rand Community Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of an application to utilize the City of Missouri Valley Urban Revitalization Plan. All members of the public are invited to attend and may make statements concerning the matter of the application to utilize the City of Missouri Valley Urban Revitalization Plan. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing at that time, or before, and said comments shall be made a part of the public record concerning this hearing.
