Overtime Payroll: Table Issue, mayor will ask City Attorney to give a report on T Noah’s Work Log’s calculating the amount of back pay compensation / overtime reimbursement and establish a new overtime policy. New Business: Enforce ordinance public reading – T Noah received approximately a 200 page ordinance from City Attorney and will review for next meeting. Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah voiced that the City Council is and needs to be a team and stand up for one another. This will ensure that unannounced visitors will not be tolerated and cannot disrupt future meetings. L McWilliams will give instructions in the next newsletter about filing a customer complaint and filling out the form and requesting to be officially added to the following Agenda. New Welcome to Pisgah Signs are ready to be put up. Looking into a trailer for the new portable Speed Sign Fire Department: T Noah – All new radios are installed in the trucks and they also have new hand held units. Truck 981 is due for inspection and he’s planning a pre-harvest cookout Fund Raiser for the Fire Dept.
