Planning & Zoning Meeting set for Monday, July 13
Have an informed discussion about future of downtown Missouri Valley, Highway 30
A public meeting has been set for Monday, July 13, at 7 a.m. at the Rand Community Center with the Missouri Valley Planning & Zoning Committee.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed rezoning of properties located along the Erie Street Corridor. Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission may consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map.
A map of the affected properties will be available for public inspection at Missouri Valley City Hall during normal business hours.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
