Public Notice Board of Adjustment – City of Missouri Valley The Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the Missouri Valley Public Library, 420 East Huron Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, to consider the following variance applications: Eric Colmenars and Justin Rogers – Request for a variance from the minimum required front yard setback regulations to allow the construction of a front deck on property legally described as TLCO Lot 13, Block 72, located at 557 North 3rd Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa. Roger Collier – Request for a variance from the applicable floodplain development requirements to allow the construction of a 32' x 48' pole barn on property legally described as Seatons Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 3, located at 407 South 9th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa.
