PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley is holding a public hearing at 6:05 p.m. on August 1, 2023, at the Rand Center, 100 South 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the proposed Lease to Valley Airport Inc. for the purpose of utilizing City of Missouri Valley Real Property to operate and maintain an airport.
