PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WOODBINE Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Woodbine is holding a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on April 10, 2024, at City Hall, 517 Walker St., Woodbine, Iowa, concerning the proposed sale of City of Woodbine real property, locally known as 515 Walker St., Woodbine, Iowa, and legally described as follows: Lot Eighteen (18), Block Thirty-eight (38), Town of Woodbine, Harrison County, Iowa. The City is considering selling this Lot at public auction on April 1, 2024. Following the public hearing and absent any legitimate objection to the proposal, the City Council is expected to approve the sale to the successful bidder on terms and conditions to be outlined in the purchase agreement.
