The Harrison County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing, per section 25 of the zoning ordinance, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the special exception use and variance applications submitted by AMG Technology Group. The special exception use is for the construction of a 120’ steel monopole. The variance is for the setback of 150% tower height. The location is part of NE ¼ SE ¼ of section 15, township 78 north and range 45 west.
