The Public is hereby notified of a meeting regarding the Woodbine Board of Adjustment to be held Monday, May 5th, 2025, 5:00pm at the City Conference Room, 517 Walker Street. The Board will discuss and hear comments about a requested variance from the City of Woodbine Building Code, from the respective property owner for the following property: 43 5th St., for a requested variance that would allow an addition to the existing garage which would exceed the 25% building area of their lot. Any Citizen of Woodbine or any other person having an interest in the requested variance may appear and be heard for or against the proposal. Written comments must be received at the City Clerkâs office, 517 Walker St, Woodbine, IA 51579 before the meeting.
