Two Harrison County veteran honorees were honored at this year’s fair on Tuesday, July 18 during a Veteran Ceremony to pay tribute to local veterans. The first honoree was Michael T. Ringstad of Missouri Valley, Iowa (Left). Ringstad was in the United States Army (CW2) from September 23, 1963, until October 31, 1988. The second honoree was Patricia S. Mumm of Dunlap, Iowa (right). Mumm was in the United States Navy (HM1) from October 1, 1979, to October 31, 1998.
