Elections Day was held, Votes Counted, and races were won/lost around Harrison County on Nov. 4, for city council, mayor and school board positions. With 9,439 registered voters in the county, 2,360 total ballots were cast, for a percentage of 25.0 % of registered voters exercising their right to vote.
