WOODBINE LIBRARY: Lilyann Flaitz, 12, was the Junior Volunteer this summer at Woodbine Carnegie Public Library as a a youth volunteer. Crystal Pulscher, event programer, at the library, called her an amazing volunteer… She put in over 20 hours of great service this summer shelving books, helping with storytime, cleaning and more. On Aug. 11, the library honored her with root beer floats and a certified award of excellent service. Flaitz is the daughter of Bud and Rachel Flaitz Of Woodbine.
