Long time Emergency Management Coordinator Larry Oliver is passing the torch to a former Harrison County dispatcher, Philip Davis. After moving from Buffalo, N.Y. to Pittsburgh and California to Mondamin, Philip Davis has remained local. Philip worked as a Harrison County emergency dispatcher for five years before transferring to Cass County, where he dispatched for another five years. Then he saw that Harrison County was searching for a new Emergency Management Coordinator, a position held by his previous supervisor, Larry Oliver, for 15 years. more
