LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: Tri-Center graduate Steve Lefeber received the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Iowa Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association on Feb. 22 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. To receive this honor, he has dedicated over 40 plus years to the sport of wrestling, recruiting and mentoring new officials while promoting the sport, but since he lives in Omaha, Neb, he has never been selected as State Tournament Official at the Iowa High School Wrestling State Championships.
