CDBG-DR Notice of Public Hearing – Status of Funded Activities N0TICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF FUNDED ACTIVITIES FOR THE Modale Lagoon Project. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 508 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, as amended, the Modale City Council will hold a public hearing on November 13, 2023, at 7 p.m. at Modale City Hall. Persons interested in the status of funding or the progress of the project are welcome to attend this meeting. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the status of funding for the Modale Lagoon Project, which provided funding for improvements to the lagoon system. The project is being funded in part through a Community Development Block Grant provided by the Iowa Economic Development Authority and the City of Modale.
