NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE FIRE STATION ADDITION PROJECT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 6:00 p.m., on April 23, 2024, at the Rand Community Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa, the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa will hold a public hearing on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost (the “Contract Documents”) for the proposed Fire Station Addition Project (the “Project”). The Project consists of limited existing building renovation with an approximate 7,800 square foot new single-story addition consisting of new vehicle parking bays and Fire Department support spaces. Complete Building, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work is included within this Project. The Project shall be constructed at 223 East Erie Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa 51555. A copy of the proposed Contract Documents is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
