CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY CITY COUNCIL QUORUM PRESENT THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2025 – 2:00 P.M. RAND CENTER COMMUNITY CENTER On December 18, 2025, a quorum of the City Council Marilyn Keizer, Kevin Taylor, Aaron Tuttle (via phone) attended the Rand Center Transition meeting at the Rand Community Center. Citizens present: Jeannie Wortman, Judy Holcombe, Christopher Gilpin, Roger Marshall, Lenora Cunard, Nan Colwell, Mike Liljedahl, Rex Gochenour, Ty Warner, Evelyn Marhsll, Adam Bellis, Deb Gochenour, Turri Colglazier and Katie Moyer. The council took no action and engaged in no deliberation regarding any matter; members were present solely to observe the proceedings. HCTR 1-14-26
