CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa, will hold a public hearing at a Special City Council Meeting on April 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Rand Community Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa, regarding the proposed adoption of a new Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations for the City of Missouri Valley. The proposed ordinances provide for the comprehensive regulation of land use, zoning districts, development standards, and the subdivision of land within the City. At said hearing, any interested person may appear and be heard for or against the proposed ordinances. Copies of the proposed Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations are available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours and on the City’s website.
