TO: Josh Davis, Father, unknown address (publication) You are hereby commanded to appear before this Court at the Harrison County Courthouse, at 111 N. 2nd Ave, Logan, Iowa, on the 28th day of October, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. If you fail, without reasonable cause, to appear or to bring the child(ren), you may be proceeded against for contempt of court and the Court may issue an Order for your arrest, or both your arrest and the taking into custody of your child(ren). You are hereby notified that there is presently on file in this Court a verified Petition alleging that the child named above is a Child in Need of Assistance; a copy of the Petition is attached. An Adjudicatory hearing on the merits of the Petition is set for the time and place shown above.
