CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Missouri Valley City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Missouri Valley Rand Community Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Missouri Valley to rezone certain properties located along the Erie Street Corridor, as recommended by the Missouri Valley Planning and Zoning Commission. Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider adoption of the proposed ordinance. A map of the affected properties and additional information regarding the proposed rezoning are available for public inspection at Missouri Valley City Hall during regular business hours.
