CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY CONFERENCE ROOM Thursday, May 1, 2025 4:00 P.M. Mayor Pro-Tem Struble presided over the meeting which was called to order at 4:00 p.m. with the following Council Members present: Keizer, Taylor, and Stueve. Tuttle joined via zoom. Mayor Kelly was absent. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion to approve the Agenda for May 1, 2025, made by Keizer, second by Stueve. Motion passes. Motion to approve Resolution 25-17 Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026, made by Taylor, second by Keizer. Motion passes.
