CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL MEETING / WALKTHROUGH NOTICE CITY COUNCIL OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION WALKTHROUGH – FIRE APPARATUS BAY November 21, 2025 – 11:00 a.m. Location: Fire Apparatus Bay 223 East Erie Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa In accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 21 (Open Meetings Law), notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of Missouri Valley may be present for a walkthrough of the Fire Apparatus Bay to review substantial completion of the project. Mayor Kelly called the walkthrough to order at 11:10 a.m. with the following Council Members present: Keizer, Stueve and Taylor. Tuttle and Struble were absent. Citizen’s present were: Christopher Gilipin, Steven Johnson, William Huey, Mike Smiley, Chris Kraashaur, Vince Ring, Rich Gochenour, Roger Marshall, John Harrison, Kalyn Kolls, and Jessica Bars (USDA).
