City of Modale City Council Meeting Minutes A budget hearing of the Modale City Council was held on April 14, 2025. Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 630 p.m. Councilmembers present were Blair Adams, Kathy Dugdale, Tammy Cooperrider, Terigene White and Chris Skinner. Visitor present was Marlin Dugdale Staff present was Shauna Gerke and Marty Skinner. Consent Agenda: Dugdale made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Skinner seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Mayor Cox opened the budget hearing at 631 p.m. Discussion regarding the tax levy rate was had. There was no input from visitors. Mayor Cox closed the hearing at 635 p.m. Gerke read resolution 2025-02. Skinner made a motion to adopt the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget as proposed by resolution 2025-02. Adams seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Adams made a motion to adjourn. Dugdale seconded the motion; motion carried with a 5-0 vote.
