City of Modale City Council Meeting Minutes A special meeting of the Modale City Council was held on October 22, 2024. Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmembers present were Blair Adams, Kathy Dugdale, Tammy Cooperrider, and Chris Skinner. Terigene Tiffey was absent. There were no visitors present. Staff present was Shauna Gerke. Consent Agenda: Adams made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Skinner seconded. Motion passed 4-0 The liquor/alcohol license for Decarlo Diner was presented. Dugdale made a motion to approve and Skinner seconded. Motion carried 4-0. Adams made a motion to adjourn, Cooperrider seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0.
