City of Modale City Council Meeting Minutes The tax levy hearing for the City of Modale conducted by Modale City Council was held on March 24, 2025. Mayor Cox called the hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmembers present were Blair Adams, Kathy Dugdale, Tammy Cooperrider, Chris Skinner and Terigene White Visitors present were Elissa and George Kappes Staff present was Shauna Gerke. Consent Agenda: White made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Dugdale seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Mayor Cox opened the tax levy hearing at 701 p.m. Mayor Cox closed the tax levy hearing at 734 p.m. Skinner made a motion to accept the notice of tax levy of the City of Modale as proposed, Adams seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Dugdale made a motion to adjourn. Adams seconded the motion; motion carried with a 5-0 vote.
