City of Modale The tax levy hearing for the Modale City Council was held on March 25, 2026. Mayor Adams called the tax levy hearing to order at 700 p.m. Council members present were Mark Long, Kathy Dugdale and Chris Skinner. Rick Sell and Tammy Cooperrider arrived late. Guest was Johnny Cooperrider Mayor Adams opened the public hearing at 701 p.m. Sell arrived at 701 p.m. Cooperrider arrived at 705 p.m. The tax levy was discussed, there was no comment by the citizen in attendance. Mayor Adams closed the public hearing at 710 p.m. Dugdale made a motion to approve the tax levy as presented, Skinner seconded. Motion carried 5-0. Long made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Cooperrider seconded. Motion carried 5-0. Mayor Adams adjourned the hearing at 712 p.m. HCTR 4-1-26
